BMS123 Smart is a solution to monitor and protect all types of energy storage systems, battery banking, battery packs and other energy solutions. It is designed in view of the growing demand for energy storage from solar (PV) applications.

BMS123 Smart gives you the complete system to monitor the charging, discharge and balance of LiFePO4/LiFeYPO4 cells with the goal of achieving complete battery protection against deep discharge and overcharging.

The BMS123 Smart is a fully modular system. Each cell of the battery is equipped with a small circuit board. There are three types of portable circuit boards needed for installation. An IN table is installed on the first cell, the One OUT table is installed on the last cell, and a regular cell table on each cell between the first cell and the last cell.

For a battery pack made of 4 cells (12V), you only need one IN, one OUT module, and two conventional cell modules.

For larger battery packs (24V, 48V, etc.), you just need to start with a complete set (of 4 cells) and you just need to buy more regular cell module numbers to install on the additional cells in between the first and last cells. It’s easy to create a complete system for any number of cells!

Examples of the configuration of battery packs:

• Package 24V (with 8 LiFePO4 cells): BMS123 Smart – Complete Set has 4 cells (1x First IN, 1x Last OUT, 2x Single CM) for 4 more cells just buy 4 more Single Cell Modules (CM).

• 48V Package (with 16 LiFePO4 cells): BMS123 Smart – Complete Set has 4 cells (1x First IN, 1x Last OUT, 2x Single CM) for an additional 12 cells just buy 12 more Single Cell Modules (CM).

Simple imputation right at the cellular level

BMS123 Smart is really smart: There is the main controller is no for this BMS system! Everything is integrated directly at mobile modules. In and OUR mobile modules contain all the hardware components for the basic operation of the entire BMS system. In addition, the OUT mobile module collects all relevant data and transmits them via Bluetooth 4.0 LE (low consumption) to your iOS, Android Tablet, or Phone.

Accessing information about your battery pack has never been easier. Monitor everything remotely, including daily PV production, daily energy consumption, or for example the voltage of all cells in one screen. Get a full overview of your home energy memory on your smartphone or tablet!
